A Walk Through Krakow (Photo Post)

Stopovers are THE. BEST. THING. EVER. On my way back from a short trip to Malaysia and Singapore, I was able to stopover for 3 nights in Poland by flying with LOT air (and I totally recommend that airline!). The 3 night visit was short but absolutely incredible; 1 night in Warsaw, and 2 nights in Krakow (including a visit to Auschwitz Birkenau). You can find out more about my Poland itinerary here. Personally, Poland is a country I really recommend visiting and it is a perfect solo get-away if you’re itching to see somewhere new.

As always, these photos were taken on my Samsung S8 (I now only travel with the camera on my phone… it’s all about packing light!) and have no been filtered at all. I was really lucky to arrive about 6pm, where the sky was a beautiful crisp blue and lighting was much softer.

First thoughts when walking from the train station to my hostel…
One of the benefits of visiting at Easter… these lovely flowers were everywhere!
On the Main Square

The shots below were taken around 6am, whilst waiting to be picked up for my Auschwitz tour. I had the entire square to myself!
